Long term data shows that patients with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 30 or above have an increased risk of wound healing. Therefore, unless there are special circumstances you must be a BMI of 30 or below

There are multiple filler products available on the market and each product has its own best practice location. During a consultation, Dr. Peterson and spa staff will evaluate and make recommendations based on your concerns and budget

Fillers will last 6-12 months or more depending on the location of the injection.

We offer 1ml syringe product only.

We will evaluate any medications (for example, aspirin or nonsteroidal like ibuprofen) or any foods or herbal supplements that may increase the risk of bruising and ask they be discontinued for a week. These include green tea, fish oil, ginger, ginkgo and ginseng.

There are no studies available for either endotoxin or HA fillers on pregnant/nursing patients. So with an abundance of caution, we do not treat while pregnant or nursing.
